What kind of material is used for the reactor tubing? Are there any limitations in light transmission properties? What is the pressure limit (e.g. when gas-liquid flow is used)?

The reactor itself is the same used in the Asia range products. Tube reactor made of PFA tubing, transparent to visible light and UV light above 180 nm. The reactor is covered with borosilicate glass which doesn't interupt the transmission of wavelengths in the visible light spectrum. Regarding pressures, the maximum rated pressure for using with the Asia range of products is 20 bar (300 psi). Since the wetted parts of the reactor are made of PFA, I can't see any limitation in the use of common chemicals and gases.
How do we know that we kept colour like white blue like this? For example, how do we get that wave length?

You may have to carry out a reaction optimisation where the wavelenght is screened. For the Asia Photochemical Reactor the folowing wavelenghts are available, 365 nm, 385 nm, 405 nm, 420 nm, 450 nm, 525 nm. Those wavelengths covers the electromagnectic spectrum from UVA (365 nm) up to green colour (525 nm) which is a broad range for photochemical reaction activation.
Can we design a continuous flow reactor for lignin depolymerisation or for obtaining valuable chemicals from biomass?

There are literature expamples of biomass valorisation using photochemical applications. As with all flow chemistry experiments the ideal would be to have all components in solution. With this in mind if the biomass can be solubilized then a flow photochemistry reaction can be developed.
Is the mass of the photocatalyst limited? ?

For photochemical flow reactions it is important to keep the reagents/catalysts in solution. From most literature applications photocatalysts are used up to 5-10 mol% related to the substrate.
Please, without applying an external temperature control, what is the average temperature acheived with the incidence of the LED lights?

Without using any external temperature control the maximum temperature in the reactor using 4 LED modules at 100% power is about 30 ºC with the room temperature at 25 ºC. Using 8 LED modules at 100% power, the maximum temperature in the reactor is about 50 ºC (room temperature 25 ºC)
Hi Leandro and Team Syrris . Congrats for the very good presentation. My questions is regarding the photoflow module. Have tried to perform some process intensification during the tests? How many hours it has been worked continuously? It it possible to work on it in gram scale?

The Asia Photochemistry Reactor was tested regarding the light intensities and reactions yields. As well tests on the lifespan of LEDs. We run continouously using LED at 100 % power for more than 1000 hours without any issue or decreasing of the LED power intensity. So, yes the reactor supports reaction intensification processes. Regarding the multigram scale, reation scalability can be achieved by increasing the light intensity to the reaction. Using a 16 mL reactor and with 8 LED modules you can achieve a maximum output power of up to 108W. Depending on the specific photochemical reaction, will be able to reach the multigram scale.
What is the MOC of the reactor?

Can we use the same module (heater,the one from the left) and only change the reactor adapted to photochemistry? (for Asia Flow system) or we need tu achieve another entire module?

No, the Asia Photochemistry Reactor was designed to be assembled on the Asia Heater or the Asia Cryo Controller and it uses the same reactor of the Asia range of products. So, if you already have Asia products the new photochemistry reactor is an addition to your system.
Is the pump is included in this reactor?
